From the moment that your payment has been received, you can expect your order to be ready for pickup in 5-7 days. If shipped, please allow 7-10.

A minimum order for local pickup is 12 pieces, for shipped orders it is 24. This can split this up between sizes, colors, and apparel types, as long as ink color(s)/print locations remain the same across all garments.

When you place an order with Now Turn North, LLC, you are not only paying for  a quality, finished product,  you are investing in unparalleled professionalism, years of experience and expertise, as well as peace of mind. We pride ourselves heavily on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.  

Price breaks are contingent upon quantity and they are offered at 24, 48, 72, and 100 pieces. For example, if you order 95 pieces, you will be spending more total than if you order 100.  This is a result of the industry pricing structure as print costs are discounted at those quantity breaks. 

Only if it’s truly worth the laugh. We reserve the right to print (or not print) whatever we so choose.  

We DO NOT print on customer supplied items. However, it is highly unlikely that we will be unable to find an acceptable alternative.

Communication via email is far more convenient, however, give us a call and we we will be more than happy to provide a quote over the phone. If you are requesting an unusual item, we will definitely take your information, research your needs, and email you back with a price.

Rush fees are typically 10% per day sooner than standard turnaround times. If your order was scheduled for a 10-day turnaround and you need it in 7, you can safely anticipate a 30% upcharge for the rush service. would already have a 12 day turnaround, and you want it 3 days sooner (9 days) then you may expect a 30% rush fee. However, this is a general rule, and if the order requires extra attention, then it may be higher. Alternatively, if the order is fairly simple, it may be less. 

 The ideal file formats are either Adobe Illustrator files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high resolution Adobe Photoshop files (.psd, .eps, .tiff, .jpg.)
