Returns &
Exchanges Policy

Because every order is custom and handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing NTNFam@NowTurnNorth.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer error (i.e., incorrect sizing, color, or design submitted) are not considered defects.

Legal Notice

This policy complies with U.S. law regarding custom-made goods, which are exempt from the right of return under consumer protection regulations. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable law.

If you are a resident of a state with specific consumer protection statutes (such as California, New York, or others), those rights still apply.
